If you are thinking of having AES sell your washer & dryer as part of the Virtual Estate Sale we recommend the following...
If the washer & dryer have a transferable warranty, it is better to sell them with the house.
If the washer & dryer are less than 5 years old, it is better to sell them with the house.
If the washer & dryer match in make, model and/or color, it is better to sell them with the house.
If the washer & dryer are older than 5 years old, do not have warranties, are mismatched in make, model and/orcolor, it will be better to let AES sell them.
With all of this said, we always recommend deferring to the real estate agent.
